Hi guys,
Just wondering if you are having server issues? I'm trying to install NT7.0.1000.6 on a new machine and when the downloading window pops up I get the error message "Failed to download NinjaTrader". I have tried it on another computer and I get the same message. |

Hello Treggs,
We are not having any server issues. Can you please clear your browser cache (cookies, temporary internet files, etc) and try the download once more. Please try a different browser as well and check if this will allow you to download and install NinjaTrader. If the issue remains, please send me an email at support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.

Just fixed it. Seems I had a corrupted setup.exe. Re downloaded and problem solved. Weird but fixed
