Meat futures data issues

Hi,

The latest NunjaTrader application v. 7.0.0.1000.6 is unable to use the loaded meat futures data (LE, HE, GF contracts for 08-11). I verified in Edit data of Historical data manager that data is there, but Charts and Strategy optimizer do not load the data. The provider used: IB, Barchart, Kinetick.
Interesting, that on my older laptop with older NinjaTrader 7.0.0.23 the data is available and all works.

Can you please clarify which interval you are having issues with? Daily, Minute, or Tick?

I have issues with daily interval only. Minutes interval is fine.

Thanks for the clarification.

Please try setting your Daily charts to the Default 24/7 session template.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

Please let me know if you continue to experience issues.

No, That did not help. Now I can't get chats for all instruments.

Hello corrado,

Can you please try a different connection sequence than IB - BarChart - Kinetick and check if you load data in charts.

Please note that you will receive real-time data from the first connection. Only if the first connection does not support an instrument type (future, stock, forex, index), NinjaTrader will receive data from the second connection. Since IB supports all instrument types, it will receive all data from IB.

Check if you receive data for the instruments in question when connected to BarChart or Kinetick first.
