Hi,
All I see is Loading data message after coneected to Zen-Fire. Resetting sim did not help. Thanks. |

Hello Art09,
Thank you for your post. Please let me know which instruments your charting and in which intervals. Likewise, let me know the number of days of historical data you're trying to load in each chart.

The instrument is TF, the number of days usually 3 to 7, the intervals as follows - 200, 600, 1500 volume...

Hi Art09,
This amount of tick-based data would take some time to load. Can you tell me about how long you have waited? If you restart NinjaTrader and reconnect, does the data load in full?

Usually it loads in 1-2 min. Today it does not work. Restarting does not help.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line. In the message, please include the following: 1.) A link to this forum thread. 2.) Your most current trace file. You will find the trace file in the My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace folder. Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20100729.txt'.
