DOM bottom part inactive?

Hope someone is still here to help me solve something.

I connected up my Ninja Trader today to a live account. The connections etc seem to be working alright. BUT I have a DOM open and the top part BUY PRICE SELL is all active - down to and including the line REV FLAT CLOSE C.

But from where it says ATM Strategy downward it is not active, means I cannot put in anything. I guess it is a setting somewhere that I need to change. But which one?

Hello Sandman,

This could be one of three things.

1) You need to click the < button to expand the ATM strategy section of the Superdom
2) You need to change the ATM selected from none to custom.
3) You are using a direct edition license that is not enabled for ATM strategies.

For #3, please send a note to support@ninjatrader.com with the license key you're using. Also reference this thread:

Thanks for the clear answer. It's not number 1 and not number 2 (Number 2 I can't do anyway because that is also inactive). Leaves Number 3. I will do what you say and email support. From your answer I assume it has to be especially enabled.
