:XEach day I lose phone service at least once a day. Ninja normally will not work after that, so I must reboot. Is that normal?:X

When I reboot I lose my trade history in Simulator. Today in Performance Manager I was able to view all except "minutes and seconds" of time "Entered"

I guess I need more information. How is your phone service tied to NinjaTrader?

When I lose my phone connection ? Sorry, I don't have cable.

Another problem now- I was on Sim today, (maxed out on allowable contracts) I get notice Sim must close and reboot. Comp. reboots, I try Sim again and I receive notice"order has exceeded buying power" even though I've already flattened all positions (it never responded when I flattened).

I've rebooted again, still same message.

To reset the simulator delete the following file -

C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 4\Data\accountData/.xml

Regarding disconnect, if the internet connection does not come back up within a reasonable amount of time then it does require a restart of NT, not a reboot of your PC.
