Hi
I Have A Problem: On My 240,120 Minutes Continues Chartof Es ##-## ,on 10/06/08 It Showes Market Opened At 1077.00,high Of 1082.50,low Of 1031.00 And Close Of 1042.25 Which Rest Of The World They Have That Bar At Open 1070.25 And Different Prices On All Other High,low,close!!! If You Look At The Chart You See How Important That Is Because That An Ufilled Gap Since October Last Year We Are Coming To It Todayor Tomorrow So If That Value On My Chart Which Is Ninja Trader Chart Different With Everybody Else Then How Can I Place An Order For Trading The Gap Which Mine Shows 1082.50 And All Other Charts Like Trade Station And Esignal ..... Shows 1070.25 !!! I Am Off Good 10 Points So Please Let Me Know Why Do I Have These Values On My Chart And What Can I Do To Fix This ????? My Data Feed Provider Is E-signal |

Hello Saeed,
Thank you for your post. If you right click and select 'Reload Historical Data', does the same data remain?

yeah i just reloaded the historical data and still the same.

Thank you for your reply. Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Kyle" in the subject line. In the message, please include the following: 1.) A link to this forum thread. 2.) An image of your chart so that I may attempt to replicate on my end. To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
