Default Ninja crash & unable to connect

Anyone have a Ninja crash & unable to connect. Not sure if it is Mirus??

There actually were a few reports of an unexpected disconnect throughout the night. The issue seems to have been resolved at this time.

I will report this to our development team to let them know of the issue.

Hello lani_ch,

Could it be you are located in Australia?

If so, can you please contact your ISP and check if all is fine on their end.
We received some similar reports from Australian customers so far. We are able to connect to those connections on our end, which indicates something on the user's end is blocking the connection.

A router could be causing the issue as well. Try connecting your PC directly to your modem, bypassing the router, and check if this will make a difference.

Hello lani_ch,

You can always send your username and password to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com as per post #15, so I can test the connection on my end to verify if the issue is caused by the connection itself or some setting on your end.

Hello thalestrader,

I have just tested my Zen-Fire connection and was able to connect successfully.

Please remove, repair and recreate your connection with the steps I have provided below.
  • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
  • Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
  • Restart NinjaTrader
  • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
I have provided a link below to our Connection Guide that will assist with recreating your connection.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

Default No Go

Hi yes I still have a problem logging in to Mirus ZenFire as well.
Have not been able to access for aprox 6 hours.
Have sent emails to all with no reply as yet.
