Default multiple connections

Amp is my broker:
i use them for futures and forex.
they use Gain for forex and Zenfire for futures.
I use IQ data for YM and NYSE data.

is there a preferred order in which to connect on startup?

Default multiple connection question

three connections used:
no forex data when connected in the following order:

IQ (YM and NYSE only)
Zenfire from Amp (futures only)
Gain (Forex only)

if i disconnect IQ...then i get forex data

once i reconnect IQ...which is now last...i get no data

in the connections window...there is a option to check a box labeled "Multiple connections (only enable if requested by NinjaTrader Support)...
i have tried it both checked and unchecked...

no luck

Only when you select an instrument type (future, equity, forex and index) not supported by the primary connection, NinjaTrader will retrieve the data from the second connection.

IQFeed supports all instrument types.

I suggest to try the Gain - Zen-Fire - IQFeed sequence.
