Would you explain why there are so many problems with EUREX exchange?

and why (several times), when one order is filled, it stay fixedin the chart? ( I must cancel it manually)!?

Several things, you could answer in an email to me personally to ray@ninjatrader.com (mailto:ray@ninjatrader.com).

1) Who is your broker and what technology are you connecting to; Patsystems etc...
2) Does this occur all the time or sporadically? Any pattern to this?
3) The chart order ghost is known and resolved for NT6.
4) Could you send me your logs/trace file from within NT using Help-->Mail to Support. In subject, include "ForRay"
