Is it possible to go back and manually enter an exit price for a day in the past where an external fill from the broker has taken place so that my performance manager will have the data?
Also, an incident occurred last week where my computer shut down unexpectedly. When it rebooted, the target and stop was still there, but was not able to be changed to a different price level. Is that normal? I ended up cancelling that order and placing a buy order with no stop/strategy to exit the position.

Hello,
Thank you for your note.
You can add external fills in the Performance manager by selecting the Performance tab, then select the Executions tab and right click in the window, select Add. You can then enter the fill data in the Add Executions window that appears and click OK.
It is recommended when disconnects occur and your screen is frozen that you first contact your broker to confirm your position/working orders etc. before placing another order. Second, please report the issue immediately to support@ninjatrader.com (mailto:support@ninjatrader.com)as we can troubleshoot during the data failure.

Thanks,,
This problem was not with Ninja, it just happenned to be running on the machine that shut down due to power issue..
Is it correct to say that the green profit target level is not able to be moveonce Ninja has been shut down abnormally? And the only way to change the profit target is by cancelling the order that is not able to be moved, and putting in a new order that has no strategy or stop?

Yes, if you are unable to modify the order due to the disconnect, then cancelling and re-entering is the only possible solution at that point.
