Barchart connection

Hi,

I signed-up friday new datafeed with barchart. I set the new connection in NT but I have connection error. I wrote to barchart and write me the account is Ok, check NT. ID and PW are right, where is the problem? In the log I have "Please, check your account connection parametrs and your internet connection". I use external firewall, NT use a different port with 2 datafeed? (I have already IB TWS connection)

Try creating permission in the Firewall for Ninjatrader.com.

If that doesn't work delete the connection restart NinjaTrader and create the connection once more.

The IB TWS connections works fine with my firewall, the question is if with 2 different datafeed, NT use 2 different port.

Please try 7500 for the BarChart connection.
