Guys,

I've now subscribed to eMini's in my eSignal account to see if I can get to the bottom of the Market Position issue but now 2 new things have turned up.

1 - "Esignal.Unmanaged.SubscribeCME: unexpected error -104" message now appears 3 times in the log when trying to load ES.

2 - Now I have ES data NT refuses to load any data from FDAX under and circumstances. I've tried all the usual database clears, rebooting and leaving it a day and still no joy.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there any way I can diagnose this issue? My primary market will be FDAX but at this time it is proving very frustrating indeed. My script is doing OK, I should be in profit but unable to auto-trade with NT at this time...!

Apologies, going through all the settings problem 2 is now resolved. In trying to get stuff sorted I'd removed the "|DT" in the instrument manager. Still getting the -104 error when I clear the databases in the eSignal Data Manager but when doing that I only get it once.

Hello,

Ensure that you have the level II server data field blank in the account connection setup window. Tools\Account Connections\eSignal\Change\Next\Next\delete the data if it is in the field.

Thanks for the reply. The level II server field is already blank. I have entries for:

Tick server host
Daily host
Int. tick server host

All point to CM*.esignal.Com.

I am seeing a similar error in the log tab very frequently-
Esignal. Unmanaged.SubscribeCME: unexpected error -104
followed by
Esignal.unmanaged.UnsubscribeCME: unexpected error -104

I checked and my level 11 data field is blank.

Any idea what could be causing this ?
Thanks in advance,
Phil.

There is something wrong with your level II setup.
- please make sure you have a valid level II subscription for CME instrument on eSignal
- please make sure the settings for level II server on your account connection are accurate

Thanks Jessica, Dierk,
I compared my setup two the 2 images you posted and my settings match exactly.
Dierk -Currently ,I do not have level 2 subscription with Esignal so can I just ignore the log message?
I have checked my account connection and the level 11 server field is blank, should I leave it blank if I do not have level 11 subscription ?
Thanks, Phil.f
