Bandwidth Requirements

Can someone tell me the bandwidth I need from my ISP (preferably in Mbps) to use the Zen-Fire data feed through Dorman when using the Ninja Trader platform effieciently (i.e., without losing data)?

Cable or DSL is preferrable. Anything over 1MB is sufficient. The morethe better.
