IB supports placing single trades and allocating the order to multiple accounts. Will I be able to allocate using Ninja Super DOM?

Yes, you can select a different account in each SuperDOM and trade multiple accounts at once, or you can create an account group to enter trades to multiple accounts from one SuperDOM.
