Long Time to Load new Symbol

Using NinjaTrader with IB Feed -

I have 4 charts up on monitor - 1 min / 5 min / 15 min / daily...

When I try to load new symbol it takes 30 - 40 seconds to build charts? Is this a ninja - software issue? Or is it a data feed issue? What data feeds do you recommend for trading equities / futures / forex.

Hi digdeep,

This is most likely caused by the amount of charts you are running and how much data you are requesting. I recommend testing this with one chart open to see if you receive the same results. If you were interested in a different data feed please visit the link for supported data feed providers.
