Today I've lost my feed to the TT backend. I'm in Asia trying to catch some of the European market action and there is no depth. When I connect to my Velocity account, then to esignal, my DOM goes dead in the water.
What is the problem and can it be resolved asap?

Hi Greg,
Is there an error message when you bring up the DOM?

No errors, just no market depth and no movement

What markets are you try to bring up?
Also make sure that you have 'Show Market Depth' set to True. You can check this when you right click in the DOM and then select Properties.

This property has always been set. This problem only started today and I haven't changed an option for the past 3 weeks.
I also spoke to Velocity and they are experiencing the same behavior.
As for the market, its the S&P e-mini(ES 09-06).

If velocity is experiencing the same behaviour then its clear that the probem rests on their end with their servers. Connect to eSignal first and then to TT. You should be able to get market data this way.
