New Computer -- What to download?

I just purchased a new Dell. I went to IB and downloaded the latest edition of TWS. I forgot that Ninja may not work with it. Does it work OK? If not...what steps would you recommend?

Also...

Where do I go to get the latest version of Ninja? At the home site it is asking me to fill out the questionaire as if I am just joining Ninja.

Use TWS Beta 839, 838 is buggy.

Should I uninstall 838 before putting in 839, or will it automatically upgrade?
