Editor, Post it Notes

I would love to be able to use a post-it-note type facility in the editor. Pasting in a chart pattern as a reminder as to what a particular chunk of code is designed to do. etc

1) is such a thing technically possible?
2) If 1 is yes, is there any likelyhood NT would employ such a facility?
