View Full Version : Bond contracts not updating

I am having problems getting the bond charts (ZB,ZN,ZF)- to update using Patsystems. All my other charts show the contract name, date and time interval in the header the bond charts are blank. I selected the contract from the Instrument Manager for the Sept contract. The Super Dome works fine and getting that data. Any help would be appreciated. I am on V 5.2.0.1

Hi Belinda,
Can you select the August contract instead of the September contract.

Hi Vince,
I played around a little bit more and when I switched to a very short term tick chartthe data started plotting on the chart. Before I posted the problem I had tried it set to a 1min chart (just to verify i was getting data) and nothing plotted for 30min but switching to the tick chart kicked it into plotting. Guess you try enough variations at some point it gives up and works.
