I recently added my license key to version 5.1.1000.2 and now I have no Dynamic SuperDom. What have I done improperly and what do I do to correct this?

Additional information: My broker is Velocity Futures and they specify Trading Technologies as the backend.

Ok, found some threads on TT and all the hoopla surrounding the licensing fees. Also saw in the NT site that the Static DOM is all that is available to clients of Velocity. Please clarify the ramifications of my choice of brokers using TT. Am I using a version of NT not subject to these fees?

Hi,

Please send a note to support@ninjatrader.com (mailto:support@ninjatrader.com) and refer to this topic so we can enable the Static DOM for you.

The static DOM is enabled. After reading the threads on this topic and talking to Velocity I understand this is the only option available to me at this time. I had been using the dynamic DOM up till my subscription, but I suppose the differences are not so substantial that I cannot adapt.

Am I correct in my understanding of this issue?

You are correct in your understanding, anyone trading with NinjaTraderthrough the TT Fix adapter must use a static SuperDOM. JG

Is this statement still true? So, that means that after getting a multibroker NT license, I will still have to purchase credits to use Ninja Trader with Velocity Futures? Or has this situation changed, so that one can use the dynamic DOM now at Velocity Futures?
