strategy not saved

I created a new strategy and saved the template. However, when I trade, the nt does not the use the new strategy. What is wrong?

Have you selected the template before you placed the order?

I don't remember exactly. However, the system should set the new template as default.

You need to change the template manually. It will not come up as a default template.

I remember what happened. On an existing strategy, I change the stop from 30 points to 25 points. And I saved. However, after I placed an order, the stop didn't go along. The order goes with no protection. I was wondering if this is a programming problem.

As far as I know we don't have any issues with saving or changing strategy templates. Are you able to reproduce this?

i was wondering if the beta version has changed some of menu options. It does not have "save strategy as default" said in your video.

Nothing has been changed in that area. If you want to know what has been changed or updated, go to Help--> Help. This will bring up the Help Guide, then click on Release Notes on the left side and you can see what has been updated.

The help file show only three options on the strategies tab. However your video shows more. That causes confusion. Anyway. do I need to uninstall the regular version before I install the beta version? Thanks.

Yes, uninstall from the windows control panel under add/remove programs and then download from our website.
