TT Fee Clarification - Static SuperDOM

Once set up for the Static SuperDOM, are all trades then subject to the TT fees, even when the DOM is not used?
For example, if I place a trade via a Basic Entry window, via Chart Trader, or even via a strategy, do I still pay the TT fees for that transaction?
