Orders still pending after cancel !!!

My dome many times will still show an order that has been cancelled. Also when I put an order for 1 contract, the dome will say 2, and make it look like a stop instead of a limit. This does not affect the real order, but is very confusing when trying to determine where real orders reside. Also all these bogus order stay in the control center in the orders tab with a pending state on them.

How do I get rid of this problem..........

Hi,

If you want to know where you're orders reside, you need to check the order state in the Log and then also take a look at the following for understanding where you're orders rest.

If you want to get rid of your sim trades, you need to go to Tools--> Options--> Simulator tab and then click on Reset in the right lower corner.

These are not simulator trades, they are real trades.

And I know where my orders rest. I just want to know how to get rid of this bug in my orders.

Please provide better support and explanation, not some link to a canned response.....

Can you tell me what version you have of NT.

Also to get rid of these bogus orders, you need to delete the following files and then restart NinjaTrader:

C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader Version 5\db\ninjatrader.mdb

You can send it from within the application itself. That way logs will be attached and we can start investigate.
