When I try to disconnect from my TT feed, Ninja crashes. This happens every time....any suggestions?

We could figure out if we could connect to your account and had your DB. If it's ok for you to let us connect to your account, please contact support@ninjatrader.com and:
- send account credentials and
- zipped database
