demoing NT+ZF via Mirus
Plot Executions: seems to be either On or Off
what I'd like is Off; On; Delete Previous/On or Reset/On — clean chart
MetaTrader 4 has Wheel click, left button and drag which displays
Number of Price Bars and Pips from click point and Price at drag point
create same with a Line tool ? — noted others have also requested this useful tool
Fibonacci Fan please — very surprised this isn't already available
and could the Development Team have these updates ready by Wednesday ; )
otherwise I like NT, particularly the drop-down order entry menu on the chart

You can reset your charts by resetting the account associated with it through the Tools->Option->Simulator->Reset.
The "ruler" tool is on our list already and we will add fib fan to the list of future considerations.

hi Josh. the problem with the Simulator reset method is it wipes out the
account trades data, and presume this wouldn't be a workable method
for a live account, would it ?
I don't like the Fibonacci Expansion tool, NT's or similar in other programs
I prefer the Fibonacci Retracement tool where I can add expansion levels
there but, can 10 more levels/spaces be added to the current tool ?
is there a copy/paste function to copy tools, such as a Gann Fan or fibo
etc drawn on a chart ?
kudos, a surprise find - the Fibonacci Circle tool

If you want a clean chart you will have to opt for DoNotPlot then. All tools can be copied and pasted. The current fib retracement tool does not have the capability of adding more levels. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Can you please elaborate on what the Cycle Lines tool will do? Thanks.

The way I see it, this Plot Executions issue is a bug and should be treated as such.
Plotting simulated executions on a fresh chart serves no purpose except to make new charts look cluttered and disgustingly ugly. No other charting package that I'm aware of does this, so why does NinjaTrader?
Sorry for the rant, but annoys me to know end.
On/Off is not a solution. There needs to be a third option that only shows executions related to the currently running strategy.
Unless of course someone would like to explain to me the usefulness to seeing this on a new chart. And if there is some esoteric usefulness, can it really compensate for the obvious aesthetic degradation?
