FDAX - missing data in May

Dear all,

unfortunately the FDAX data I receive over Ninjatrader with zenfire datafeed is very bad for month May. I've missing data on serveral days i.e. 5th may, 19th may ... Even the charts are incomplete for these days.

Anyone here who could send me the complete FDAX data for May? I'd really appreciate that. Please contact me over pm.

You could try Tools->Historical data->Reload and see if that makes a difference.

Dear all,

this time there is FDAX data of 16th june missing and
even "Tools->Historical data->Reload" can't bring them on my computer.

Is there any directory I have to delete in order to force NT (zenfire) to reload the data again?

Once again I would appreciate advice very much.

Try using the delete historical data tool first. Then use the reload. If that doesn't work then I think it is something going on with the feed itself.

Unfortunately that doesn't work either :-((

I'm going to make a friend try to reconstruct the FDAX day (June 16th) so that we know if this is a problem of the zenfire feed. As soon as I have a result, I'll post it.
