Is there a way to do a Lazy trail with ATM's? i.e. move stop 1 tick for every 2 ticks of profit. Or, a Ratchet trail, i.e. move stop 2 ticks for every 1 tick of profit. My strategy is to start a trade with a Lazy trail to give the trade room to move, and when I get closer to my target, switch to a Ratcheting trail for increasingly aggressive preservation of profits.
Can either of these be done with ATM's?

Unfortunately, a Lazy and Ratchet Trail can't be done using an ATM strategy. You should be able to use such a strategy upon creating an automated strategy.

The current ATM 'Stop Strategy' implementation specifies stops as an offset to the current market price. If you change or add an option to specify the stop as an offset to the last current stop price, then ATM 'Stop Strategies' will be able to do this. This would make ATM's much more flexible, and not limit the ways a user can manage stops. May I request this to be considered as a feature in a future release.
