Order not filled

Hello,

Any clue as to why the first target was not filled?

(simulated account with Gain feed)

... is this due to the spread? if so this is why I will not be trading with Gain as their spreads are too high.... I will be using my EFX account to trade live....

This is likely since buy limit orders are filled once the ask price touches them, GAIN charts are driven by bid price and NOT actual last traded prices since they don't exist. Thus, you can't base whether or not fills should have occured on the GAIN chart, its an aproximation.

Thanks for the fast response.

EFX has an option on its navigator for price step method "First touch" or "Trade through" if set to first touch I believe the chart (if using MB feed) would reflect this and show the target hit.... is this a correct assumption?

I am not sure. We just use whatever last price MBT gives us, I am not sure what they send.
