View Full Version : I think I found a bug in NT 6.5

If I have a chart open, and I click on "Format Data Series" and I change the ending date to a date that is longer ago than the date it is now set to, NinjaTrader gives me the message that it has encountered and error and must close.

Today I was doing this on NQ-0608. The first chart had an ending date of 5/21/08 and went back 7 days (also tried with 3 days). When I try to change the ending date to 5/20/08 or 5/19/08, the message 'encountered error/close NT' appears.

I can get around this by just opening a new chart with correct dates, but thought you would like to know.

Which Datafeed/broker are you connected to?

Do you have any indicators on your chart?

Hi LG !

Could you please:

- send me your Logs and Traces, using the Help -> Mail to Support function. Make sure to add my address (christian AT ninjatrader DOT com) in the to field and to check the 'Log and Trace files' box.

- make a screenshot, containing the chart and the open format data series dialog, with the new date typed in, just before you press ok. Please send this with mail.

- as Jessica stated, tell me, to which provider you connect
