Various Columns Blank in MA

I m connected to esignal for intraday stock, suddenly most of the columns; Ask/Bid/Last Price, Net Change has no data.

Data still shows in Daily High/Low/Vol and indicators columns.

Problem solved, after I shut down esignal, NT;

proceed in the following sequence; restart NT, connect esignal, open MA.
