NT causes "refresh" of TS Order Entry Window

I am noticing that whenever I have a NT basic window open and it is in the foreground, the "L" box "refreshes" or "shimmers" and causes my Tradestation Order Entry window to refresh itself constantly. A past iteration ofNT did this to TS, and then for a few updates it stopped, but now it seems to be back. It's sort of weird.

Any thoughts?

Pure co-incidence. There is nothing different since V5 Beta 1 with the code that drives that link button.
