How do you code a mini-lot entry for a live feed?
The help guide says you should enter 1 for a lot, but does not mention a mini-lot. I was told by a rep. that mini-lots are supported on ninjatrader.

That's the same help page I found. I don't see any mention of mini-lots on there.
Based on that info, I would assume that for sim101, you'd enter 50,000 instead of 100,000 for a mini-lot.
But what about a live account? If 1 is equal to a lot, what's the best way to express a mini? .5? is .5 a usable expression?

If you feel a mini lot is 50,000 then yes, send that through.
What live broker are you referring to?

my mistake, the sim would be 10,000 for a mini and/or .1?? for a live?
Anyway, I use gain.

When trading with GAIN, just enter a value of 1. Your account is either a mini lot account or a standard account. A value of 1 represents a single lot based on your account.
