It will be great if u can look into it. Thank u!

I have a similar issue.
On mondays my instruments (TF, EURJPY) do not update.
I need to refresh historic data all the time.
I dont know what causes this problem.

Hello makra081,
Can you please tell me what connectivity provider you are connected to.
Does this only occur on Monday? If so, during what time range, persistently each week? What time zone setting is used on your PC clock?
Are there any changes during this time frame on your PC/internet connection setup?

Hello makra081,
Can you please tell me what connectivity provider you are connected to.
Zenfire

only on Mondays, I am on CET
Are there any changes during this time frame on your PC/internet connection setup?
no
This happens every Monday. After 8.00 CET the problem solves itself.

Can you please tell me what connectivity provider you are connected to when this occurs.
Does it occur with all instruments/intervals?
One thing that can cause a chart to not update is if it's not displaying the current date.
To check this, right click on the chart, select "Format Data Series..." and make sure that "Last date" is today's date.

I don't understand "connectivity provider".Do you mean my Internet Provider - it's a German one.
Yes it does happen with all instruments.
I only use range bars as "interval". It happens with all range bar settings.

TY KBJ,
I think this was not the case, but I will look into that setting next Monday. :(

Its Monday & no update :(,
here we go again.
It is Monday 6:38 CET & no New Tick date comes in from Zenfire.
Charts update only if I hit "reload historical data", then freeze again.
All Instruments are affected.
A NinjaTrader installation @ 2th PC shows the same behavior

Hello,
Can you tell me the exact steps to reproduce this behavior?
makra081
02-23-2009, 03:45 AM
1. new chart or old chart of friday
2. Monday morning 1.00 CET connect to zenfire
3. all charts freeze, no updates of price
4. if manually hit "reload historical data" -> price data up to this point is displayed, but again it freezes for further price movements
5. at 7.00 CET charts / price stop this behavior
My guess is that zenfire does not provide tick data up to 7.00 CET, but Zenfire is providing historical BAR data 24/7.

Hello makra081,
I will need to test this on my end tomorrow morning.
Between 1:00 CET and 7:00 CET there is no streaming data in charts regardless the instrument selected in the chart while connected to Zen-Fire, correct?
Do you receive real-time data for the same instruments in the Control Center or SuperDOM during this time frame?
What values are used for the session begin and end times in the chart properties menu (double click chart)?
In addition, could you please confirm your PC clock and time zone setting are set to CET.

I have a saved workspace for DAX that worked fine last time I used it but showing no data today. From memory, this issue has yet to be resolved. I have also applied 'Repair Database' fix that worked last time I was faced with lack of data but to no avail.
Using latest version 1000.7
Zenfire
Using vol and tick charts. Ironically, 15 min chart is streaming with data!

I tested a FDAX 03-09 chart on my end and I displayed data as expected.
Could you please install our latest version 6.5.1000.8 at the link below first on top of the current version.

Hello makra081,
Unfortunately forex data is not supported with Zen-Fire anymore.
Could you please confirm other instruments selected in the charts are futures instruments.
Did the issue occur using a different chart interval, for example an one minute interval?
