Hi blazer,

This instrument should be available by default in the Instrument Manager. Please go to Tools-->Instrument Manager and highlight the instrument.
Click the arrow pointing to the left to add it to your instrument list.

I lost my color with this.
I gave a short order in the CAD event 20min ago and while i was green 55 pips i could not get out.The proggie said something about order preferences ,otc route etc.

Close ninja started navigator.Couldnt close there too.I gave a cover order and while i was waiting to chat on 1 to 1 with mb the order close with 54 pips.Ouf.

Any idea what happened ?

Please send your trace and log file to "support AT ninjatrader DOT com". You can find these files at the following locations:

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20080509 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20080509 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Please put "Attn Jason" in the subject header and reference this post. I will investigate using the files what exactly happened.

why Ninjatrader shows me CAD/GBP quote in place of GBP/CAD ?

Broker: IB/Idealpro

(the same problem: gbp.aud IB: 1,8152, Ninjatrader gbp.aud: 0,9057)

Many charts have aud.chf feed/quotes but wrong description (aud.cad, gbp.cad, gbp.aud ..?)

Thank you for your post.

The prices should be quoted correctly based on the particular currency pair.

Please go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-->Reset Instruments and then recreate charts for the specific instruments.
