switching from sim acct. to live acct.?

H, I'm sure this is a very simple question - but I cant seem to switch from the sim acct. to my live acct. I have been using the little tab upper rt but it doesnt change- stays shaded grey and sim acct.?

Hi Dave,

You are most likely in Global Simulation mode. From the Control Center, select File and if Global Simulation is checked, select it again to uncheck it. You will now be able to select your live account in the SuperDOM.
