Hello
I have install vers 6.5.1000.2 yesterday.
But stochastics indicator have change in all my ticks charts - I used parameters 25/15 and now I didn't have the same than the previous (6.5.1000.1). I try to inverse parameters but can't retrieve my old prefer indicator.
I have look at the release notes but nothing seem to have change on this indicator (not developped, the original).
I have all uninstalled and reinstalled previous 6.5.1000.1 but I can't retrieve the good lines. PeriodD and PeriodK are chaotics on the ticks charts.
How can I retrieve previous stochastics who was be good ?

Hello,
As IB does not provide historical tick data it looks like the indicators are unable to calculate correctly. This would be due to you not having enough historical tick data within your NinjaTrader database. Please try the following right click within your chart and select properties. From chart properties set 'show unstable period for indicators' to false.

Thanks for your reply, but this properties is already at false ("show unstable period for indicators").
I know that IB doesn't provide all ticks, but I have loaded ticks all the day (from french to us).
I have this problem since yesterday when I have change to recent version (1 to 2). And all my historical ticks have this "bizarre" lines on stochastics since this change, even olded data collected.

Please try repairing your Database.
Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.
Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
Select the "Misc" tab
Press the "Repair DB" button
Press the "OK" button

Thanks but nothing have change.
I have all my ticks on graphics, and others indicators are the same.
Only stochastics doesn't the same as previous version. with same parameters (25/15/7) , it is completly different and "chaotic" (before it was as "smoothed").

Nothing has changed between 6.5.1000.2 and .1 for this indicator, they are identical. We did change this indicator between NT6 and 6.5, some of the parameters were reversed.

OK thanks but something were changed in my charts, and that between the new released (I didn't use old 6.0 since the 10 april).
Before , for a same period I have indicators like this (stoch-old)
and now it is completly different (stoch-new). Even if I reverse parameters (stoch-25-15).
Is there a solution to retrieve my old version of stochastic on 6.0 (I have also this on my computer). ?

Just play around with the parameters. I can't recall which ones were switched but the logic internally is the same.

OK, I have found - It's my fault. I have overwrite indicators from 6.0 on version 6.5 - so it is on the calcul that parameters were reversed (not only numbers).
It's difficult for me to understand this langage. Sorry.
