Do you know of any problems with ZenFire (Mirus Futures) this morning?
I am not getting data.... connected but no data.

As far as I know there are no issues. Please tell me what instrument is selected in the DOM or if all instruments result in no data.

I show connected to zenfire but price on charts not updating and no bid/ ask on control center or super-dom.... so this tells me there is no price feed getting through..

Can you please verify these contracts use the 06-08 expiry date.

Please send a note to support AT ninjatrader DOT com and reference this post. Please include your Zen-Fire account connection information, so I can test your connection on my end and see if I can reproduce this behavior.

I am able to receive data for these instruments on my end when connected to Zen-Fire.

Hello all,

I have a similar problem. I am currently testing a demo Mirus Futures account and I have the following problems:

- For the Cocoa Nybot 07-08 contract I only get 3 bars (hour), but the SuperDOM data appears and seems to be correct
- The Rough Rice Globex 07-08 contract displays some really strange bars, these are for sure not correct, and here the SuperDOM does not display any data.
- The Cotton 07-08 contract also does not display any chart.

Of course I tried to rebuild the database, I also resetted the instruments and restarted NT.

Does anybody have an idea why these problems occur?

I have figured out what is going on here, apparently in sim mode ZenFire will not provide data if it is not the primary connection, I had been connected to EFX for my Forex data.... ok, no problem, i disconnected, restarted NT and connected to my Mirus Zenfire demo first...my primary connection was then established.

I then connected to my EFX demo.... and then had data from both sources.... outstanding,..... only one problem.... when trying to place an order on the EFX acct. received a message stating that "Instrument type 'Currency' is not supported by primary connection. Simulation only supports instrument types supported through the first connection established".

Six of one, a half dozen of another.... So i guess you either must follow currencies OR futures if you want to simulate orders, both will not work at the same time... any plans on fixing this?
