I have just upgraded to v5.1.1000.1 and now I get connection lost in the control panel. My Dom windows report price okay and I am getting prices within the TWS windows but I cannot place orders and I don't get quotes in control panel. Also I've had several alerts come up SMART:AMEX/SPY/STK.
IB are not reporting any problems

This really means that there is a disconnection from IB servers. Try again later on today.

Hi,
Can you send an email to support@ninjatrader.com (mailto:support@ninjatrader.com)
send it from within V5 under Help--> Mail to support, that way we have log files and can investigate.

sorry but email from within ninja doesn't work. I have another fault call in for that.
Currently I am reverting to the previous version and will let you know if the problem is resolved

I have been running now for several hours on the previous version with no disconnects
