Realized P&L

I carried an overnight trade on the S&P Mini. I closed it last night around 8:00 and this morning when I signed in my P&L showed zero as it does at the start of every day. I made trades for +$40, -$100 & +$25. This should leave me a balance of -$35. My P&L shows -$410. The broker thinks it will all even out tonight after the trading is over. I have closed Ninja and re-booted and it still shows the -$410. Can you please tell me what to reset or change.

Realized P&L columnunder the Accounts tab of the Control Center. I have NinjaTrader Standard Edition for Patsystems. How can I get the P&L to show the true sum of money that I have traded today?

You can use the Performance Manager as an interim solution. The P&L in the account tab should be accurate but obvsiouly it is not. This will require additional investigation on our side. Would you be so kind as to send us a support mail via the Control Center window Help-->Support and include "For ray" in the subject line and in the body reference the P&L issue.

I have tried to send mail to ray and it says "failed to send mail the server rejected. The server response was : 501 http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/support_ConnectivityGuide_Patsystems.html:"@" or "." expected after "http".

What is the correct address to send Ray mail?

Are you familiar with how to zip up files? If yes, zip the contents of

C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader Version 5\trace

and mail to ray@ninjatrader.com (mailto:ray@ninjatrader.com)
