Does NT Filter feeds?

I'm testing the TT feed and comparing to TS which is a Filtered feed, the TT is even more filtered!!!
The TT people say their feed is NOT filtered, since the NT T&S goes only to seconds resolution, could it be then that NT is filtering the feed???!

NT has an optional bad tick filter which is disabled by default in NT 6.5. This option is under Tools > Options > Data. Assuming this is disabled, then there is absolutely no filtering happening. We process what is given to us by the connected API.
