trouble connecting to eSignal

I want to connect NT to my eSignal data.

I followed the installation/connectivity instructions but can't connect... i get a message saying "Login failed: Unable to connect to level2 server."

suggestions?

During the account connection set up process, there is a section in the account wizard where you entered your eSignal user name and password. In that section there is a parameter that is preset for the level II server. Remove the information from this parameter so that the field is blank.
