No CrossAbove/CrossBelow condition for alerts?

I'm trying to set up alert conditions in the market analyzer instead of having a bunch of chart windows open, but it appears that CrossAbove/CrossBelow conditions can't be selected as triggers.

Is there a reason these options are missing from the market analyzer but included elsewhere? In my opinion, CrossAbove/CrossBelow triggers would be extremely useful in this context...
