Does AtmStrategyChangeEntryOrder submit an order every time it is called, or does it only submit an order only if the new price is different then the market price? I am following a moving average with an entry limit order and need to know if I have to track the limit price myself, or does NT do it for me, and only submits an actual modify order if it is needed.
