no price ladder for ES, ER or FESX

Hi all. When I opened the static trading dom today there was no price ladder for these instruments? NQ seems to work ok. Is this a problem from my end or NT end?

Wouldn't mind trading today if possible.

Please restart NT and check your logs.

THanks Dierk, I did as you suggested, in fact I'd already tried that, shut doen empty caches, restart, check logs- nothing out of the ordinary, connected to my account through TT, opened a new Static super dom, and - bingo- no ladders.
As usual I tried to send an email via the control centre- and as usual it doesn't work. SO I have now emailed support separately and included log files and an explanation.

a) any funny messages in the logs?
b) on the email issue: you would need to set your preferred SMTP server in Tools->Options->Misc

FESX is now working. thats pretty bizarre.
primary feed connecting- price feed connecting
primary feed connected, price feed connected.
starting transaction credit= $0.000
Current licence is okay till end of august.
Nothing funny to me.... but I realy wouldn't know.
Thanks for the infop on the email situation- got that sorted.
