Hi Support,
I am using IQfeed for futures and I keep getting this error "Account not authorised for level 2" and Iqfeed gets disconnected and connects back again.
But after 5 mins or so, charts do not update. I contacted Iq support and they told me, NT support can help.
IQ was working fine for me, before futures rollover. I have another backup feed, so using it for now. But wanted to find out how I can resolve this iqfeed problem.

Are you authorized for level 2 data?
What instrument are you requesting data from when this error pops up?
What window? Chart? Level II? DOM?

Hi Ray,
I tried it by closing all my charts and workspaces. Just by connecting to IQfeed and loading ES data. I contacted IQ support and they told me I should not be getting this error as Ninja doesn't pull level2 data for futures. And told me to contact Ninja support.
I removed old March futures contracts from instrument manager per IQ support but I still see the same problem of "level 2 error" followed by charts not updating.

It's very clear that this is a native IQFeed message saying that your account is not authorized for L2. Please contact IQFeed support. In case they want to send you back to us ask them to contact me at "dierk AT ninjatrader DOT com". I also will send IQFeed support a mail. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I have emailed IQfeed tech support and copied you on the email. I hope this error gets fixed.

Just as a point of reference -- I see that message every time I connect to IQFeed and I use that connection every day without issue. It may not be the reason you are being disconnected.
