View Full Version : Problem: CL 05-08 not updated

My market Analyzer and my charts do not update ticks for CL 05-08 BUT my positions in control center are correctly updated every second and more.
It stopped updating yesterday.
I tried deleting CL (Nymex light oil) from instrument and adding again, and didn't solve the problem.
The strange thing is that CL 04-08 is correctly updated.....
I can't understand.
Any file to delete in cache or something similar?

Hi skynetman,

Can you please reboot NinjaTrader and check upon start-up if the current date is entered next to "Last date" in the Format Data Series-window for your CL 05-08 chart.

As per the Market Analyzer, I suggest to shut down the current Market Analyzer and open up a new one and check if data updates.

Rebooting the first time caused about 20 errors "could not sync with broker" and next reboot solved the problem....
