2x more bars on NT chart vs. TS

I'm feeding Ninja charts with Data from my TS platform. Comparing 110 tic charts on the ES, I see about 2 times more bars on the Ninja chart compared to the TS chart. If the data is coming from TS, would would the number of bars be different?

Unfortunately TS has some issues on how the NTExternalData strategy is executed. As a result you can not rely on tick, range and volume bars.
