2 Questions related to brokers

1) If I place on order in IB (TWS), for some reason, when I connect NT to IB, does NT pick up that order if I open a SuperDom window, and select that stock?

2) In your examples of the SuperDOM, you show the depth & cumulative depth in the Bid and Ask columns. In my connection to IB, it only shows one bid/ask price with any depth to it, not multiple lines. Why is that? (I don't subscribe to the Level II information in IB, is that the reason?)

1) NT picks up the order and will display it in the Orders tab of the Control Center window. SuperDOM only displays orders that are associated to a strategy.

2) SuperDOM is a depth display not a level 2 dislpay. Therefore, you don't see any level 2 data.
