View Full Version : NInja - MB Demo login issues

Hi,

I am testing driving NinjaTrader and have signed up for a MB Trading Demo account.

The MB account info has been added to Ninja, and the first time I connected just fine. After that first time, I have been unable to connect. I get a small window that never goes away that reads: "Loading account MBT:..." This appears to be a window from MB. That said, when I close Ninja and open MB Navigator standalone, I am able to connect just fine. So it appears to be a communication issue between Ninja and MB.

I have verified login inside Ninja, and it does appear to get passed authentication.

I have restarted all apps, and have restarted my computer, all with the same result.

Any idea why this may be happening?

Hi,

Please disregard my question. This error is now appearing inside the standalone MB Navigator, leading me to believe it is a demo server issue on their end, and not a communication issue between NT and MB. Sorry about that. Thanks,
