:confused: I have a open trade. I had NT open when in the trade. I had to shut the computer down. I logged off NT. Shut off computer and restarted it. Now I can't open my live account!!! I can open a my demo but no live account.
I need help now! Please help.

Please call your broker any time you can't connect to your live account. He should be able to get you out the trade. Some broker technologies have limitations where you can't reconnect immediately after e.g. a computer crash.

I am having a similar problem, I tried with AMP and Mirus and none of them are working win zenfire. I reinstalled NT cleaning most of the folders in my documents but it didn’t work.
